Returns And Exchanges


Yes returns do happen...  

Much like the weather, we change our minds at any given moment.  The wind is never stressed when changing direction and neither should you be for changing yours.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, and would like a refund or exchange, we're here to help!  

  • Please notify us through the CONTACT tab to begin the return/exchange process.  You will receive a response in less than 24 hours with further instructions.
  • You have 15 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it.
  • Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item(s), you will be immediately notified on the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting the item(s).

  • In the event of a refund, we will immediately return funds to your method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal account etc.) Depending on your card issuer's policies, there may be a slight delay in returning your funds.   
  • In the event of an exchange, If the price of the new item(s) is less than original purchase, the difference will be refunded to your method of payment.  
  • A 15% re-stock fee will be applied to all returned and exchanged items

Shipping

  • During original purchase of an item, please be sure to DOUBLE CHECK that your shipping address has been entered correctly.  We are not responsible for any returned items by carrier to re-ship to you in the event of.  This includes any FREE-SHIPPING promotions offered.
  • You will not be responsible for covering shipping costs for returned or exchanged item(s).
